APIs, developer tools, IAM, CI/CD, observability — the infrastructure where getting it right means the whole organisation moves faster.
I've spent 13 years building and scaling technical products. The throughline is that I keep ending up at the intersection of platform infrastructure and business impact.
I co-founded Tripnet, a B2B SaaS platform, and built it from zero to ~€3.5M ARR across 6 markets. That experience taught me that the API is the product, not just a feature.
Today at Sabre, I own the Internal Developer Platform behind SabreMosaic — 8 foundation products that 400+ engineers depend on daily.
Platform products that shaped how engineers build, ship, and operate at scale.
Defined product strategy for 8 foundation products — IAM, CI/CD, Envoy API Gateway, observability — forming the architectural backbone for 400+ engineers.
Led deprecation of 25 APIs. Analysed hundreds of millions of monthly requests in Tableau. Achieved 90% migration in 18 months.
Led a strategic redesign of Sabre's developer portal used by architects and engineers. Conducted extensive user research to uncover onboarding friction, then redesigned around API discoverability, guided first-integration flows, and interactive documentation.
Built a hotel booking platform from scratch. Consolidated supplier feeds, launched REST API with 20 integrations, scaled across 6 markets.
Exploring what's next — particularly interested in companies where platform and DX sit at the core.
